Overview
Limestone is one of the most widely used raw material which is used to processing construction aggregate. This plant is a limestone aggregate crushing plant. The crushing capacity is 300t/h. We helped our customer design the whole crushing pland and provide all the machines.

This project is used for highway construction. The customer also supplys their aggregate sand to concrete mixer plant. This production line can meet mutiple construction requirement.
Configuration
ZSW1149 Vibrating feeder + PE1000x1200 jaw crusher + two PFW1315 impact crusher in parallel + two 3YA1860 vibrating screen+ belt conveyor + integrated control system. We selected PE jaw crusher as primary crushing machine and PFW hydraulic impact crusher as seondary crushing machine.
Testimonials
We want make use of limestone. We know they can be processed into aggregate sand. But we still want coarse aggregate. We talked with SKE's engineers and the they provide us a very good plan.
