This is a basalt crushing plant installed in Philippine. We helped our customer designed a basalt aggregate crushing plant. The crushing capacity reachs to 400 tons per hour. It is large scale stone cruhsing plant in local space. This plant gained a big business for our customer.

This sand making plant is used to manfuactur 0-5mm fine sand, 5-10mm and 10-20mm medium size aggregate sand, and 20-40 coarse aggregate. Application of finished products is for construction, road laying, water conservancy industry, etc.
Configuration
ZSW1360 Vibrating feeder + PE1000x1200 jaw crusher + Two Sets HP300 cone crusher+ Three Sets 3YA2160 vibrating screen + belt conveyor + integrated control system. We set one jaw crusher as primary crusher and two sets muti-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher as secondary crusher and fine crusher.
